New page is up.  Almost done this issue, basically a quick epilogue to set up the next issue.  Mostly more Beatrice and Karras stuff.  Actually introduce Lansing.  Need to get cranking on too many things.  Also got that anthology story to finish up and get into a few other projects I’ve been keeping on the back burner.  Work’s been more of a distraction than I would like, but I’m hoping to remedy that in the future.

Went on a hike with a woman I met online last weekend.  It was delightfully awkward.  Online connection type of thing, so that was a likely outcome.  Dating can weird.  Kind of thinking on this type of thing a lot lately, got a coworker who’s going through a break-up and a lot of the stuff I dealt with after LMCBW broke up with me.  I don’t know.  It’s hard to know what the rules are.  How should I have handled myself on the hike?  Was it a date or an audition for a date?  Should I have been a bit more forward with that woman on Tinder a couple of months ago?  (Admittedly, I did initiate contact and she didn’t respond for a week, but should I have gone for it a bit harder?)  Don’t know.

Kind of getting back to my usual theme of self-destruction and getting in my own way.  Mostly I just need to stop distracting myself and get to work.
