So yeah, it has been a month or two. Focusing more on my mental health lately. I definitely feel like my mind is closer to where it needs to be. In the course of going through the process and healing, I feel like I am gaining a deeper understanding of where my mind has been at for the past several years. From to a bad relationship to a questionable work situation to a toxic environment, I am understanding better how I got here and why I have struggled with something I shouldn’t have.
The healing is happening. Maybe not as quickly as I would like and not just for myself, but it is. I am hoping to be posting some art soon, but I am more focused on making sure my mind is where it needs to be right now.
